Employed by turnkey contractor to design and implement Project Execution Plan for contract that required the use of open book project management. The project involved the EPC supply of a Dual Mode Mill, the heart of a new 1.50 million tonne rolling mill for Dutch owner.

Carried out detailed analysis of the risks faced by the Contractor. Provided a Risk Management Plan.

Drafted a Project Execution Plan containing details of what was to be done, by whom and when. As part of the plan, drafted procedures for cost and schedule control, Change Order Management, Document Control and Quality Assurance.

Ensured acceptance of the Plan through targeted training and mentoring of project staff.
