Gas Turbine Supply - Middle East

Project was for the turnkey supply of gas turbines for state of the art polypropylene facility. Consilium was retained by the supplier to assist in defending a claim made against it by the main contractor for delay damages. The claim was some two years old and monies had been withheld by the main contractor for all that time.

Consilium, with the benefit of a fresh pair of eyes, was able to identify evidence and arguments that the supplier could use to make a stronger defence of the claim. With this evidence and approach, the main contractor was convinced to settle during negotiations in which Consilium participated.
